These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your access and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your violation of this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update this Agreement periodically. Material changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
